  Manchester Next!
Manchester Next! The next phase of the Manchester Next project will offer several interesting and engaging opportunities to provide your input as we plan the future of the Town together. Some key dates: Monday May 16th through Thursday May 19th: The Town’s consultant partner TPUDC will be in town for their week-long “Planapalooza” process where they conduct multiple public workshops and meetings. All are welcome to attend. The Planapalooza process consists of two major pieces: 1. Public Opening Presentation/Hands-on Workshop (Monday 5/16) and the closing Work-in-Progress Presentation (Thursday 5/19); both of these sessions will take place at the Manchester High School cafeteria from 6-8pm. 2. Open Studio & Technical Meetings: These will take place throughout the day during the entire week at WORK_SPACE (903 Main Street); WORK_SPACE is open to the public and residents should feel free to stop by to see the TPUDC team working during Open Studio. Please reach out to the Planning Department if you have any questions. Thank you again for your interest in this project and passion for Manchester. We hope to see you at some point during Planapalooza week! Cornerstone Christian School Information Night
The Cornerstone Christian School – General Information Night The Cornerstone Christian School (CCS), a dually accredited K-12 school (by ASCI and MSA), invites families with students from K-12 grade to attend an informational open house at the school on May 17 at 6:30pm. To register for this event, please email office@contactccs.org or call 860-643-0792. CCS provides a developmentally appropriate education for the whole child, from K through Grade 12, in addition to Pre-K, in the context of a program that integrates students’ academic, social, physical, and spiritual needs. CCS partners with parents in the training of their children, believing that students thrive when they are part of a strong and safe community. The school’s college-preparatory program instructs from a biblical worldview, enabling students to think critically and holistically about their subject matter. Weekly chapel services, retreats, and service projects (pairing younger and older classes) are part of each student’s educational experience at CCS. Extra-curricular opportunities allow for an enhanced school experience. You may also call the school at 860-643-0792 for a personal tour.
